|Recommended: NoMaintenance Turnaround Time is Terrible — Ive complained about maintenance the long turnaround before. For some reason at least once a month my toilet doesn't flush. I complained about this months ago. A couple of months ago I called in a work order about it to my knowledge it was never fixed but I figured it just eventually flushed out or maybe one of my connecting neighbors had the same complaint the line was cleared out. A week later Natasha ask me was my toilet fix. Why call me a week later why didnt she know ... Fast forward to 2 weeks ago my fridge had water settling on my botton produce shelf so I called in the work order, 2 days later I asked one of the maintenance men Bobby what the delay was, he said he didnt know about it suggests I to go to the rent office to ask them to send someone that day. I went in spoke with Natasha she said she didnt know why they didnt fix it yet but will send some one. At this point I expressed my disappointment in how things are going under the new management because in 4-5 years I never had to double back when something needed to be fixed, it would be done before I came home from work that day. Now days if not a week goes by my work orders dont get handled unless I flag a maintenance man down myself in the parking lot. I just put in another work order with Francine 3 days ago because my fride is leaking now freezing ruining my food, its still not fix. This is terrible, Im very displeased with maintenance since under this new management.

|Recommended: NoDO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS WE ARE JUST MONEY IN THEIR POCKET — I AM NOT GIVING A REVIEW FOR STAFF AS ONE OF THEM LACKS THE PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT FOR ROUGHLY 5 YEARS AND HAVE HEARD NUMEROUS STORIES AND ALSO BEEN WITNESS TO A PERSON SPEAKING TO YOU WITH DISRESPECT AND CONTENT AS IF THEY ARE YOUR PARENT. NO EMPATHY FOR THE RESIDENTS WHO HAVE DEALT WITH LESS THAN SUB-PAR CONDITIONS UP UNTIL THIS NEW OWNER. MY SON IS JUST ABOUT 1 YEARS OLD AND NOW YOU ALL ARE LETTING ME NOW RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS THAT YOU WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE AND I CANNOT MAINTAIN MONTH TO MONTH STATUS EITHER.

You as company losing good people who pay their rent please stop being greed for sakes of your customers...

Please take into consideration all of the improvements that are going on around you as the goal is to make Azure Villas as nice a community as possible for all of the residents. We hope that after you do some research that you will come to the conclusion that you are still getting a great rate, coupled with great service, within a community you have called home for years now. |Recommended: YesI love it — I love staying here Its quiet with friendly neighbors. The staff is great and maintenance is done in a timely manner. Paying rent and maintenance requests are efficient and easy. Everything can be done on line. Washing clothes is a breeze. I downloaded an app to pay for washing and drying which saves me time from going to get quarters.

|Recommended: YesMaking people pay more money for the rent and they don't renew none of the apartment — When you have something to get done even you make the request, it's take time for them to come and fix, the problem I've been living in this apartment for almost a year I've been fighting for them to be fixed my stove and my tub, nobody ever do nothing, my stove not even work properly, if you guys do upgrade fix the cabinet, in the bathroom that will be perfect..
