The vehicle has received a violation sticker/notice and we will take the needed steps to remove it should the violations not be remedied. We surely hope that your overall rating of the community will grow in stars and that you will recommend us to a friend. Lots of great charges in the works to watch out for!

response from property -Hi Denis. I'm sorry to read that you are unhappy as our goal is to always provide the best services possible for our residents. Since the transfer of ownership we have painted the exterior of all villas, cleared out the decades of brush around the lake, the pool area is currently under an intense remodel, all units with vaulted ceilings have received ceiling fans, all laundry kiosks as well as the main laundry area have received new washers and dryers, more upgrades to watch for in the next 30 days include: exterior lighting both outside each villa and in the common areas are being replaced/upgraded, landscaping is being redesigned, new signage to be erected, a lighted fountain being installed in the center of our lake, the remodel of the leasing office and more! Id also like to make mention of our efforts to go completely paperless, residents now have the ability and convenience of making payments online, putting in service requests and viewing any documents associated with their account. You mentioned parking, and Id like to invite you to park in one of the two lots by the leasing office as it is not only very conveniently located to your specific villa, but there are always a number of spaces available. Once our many scheduled upgrades are completed, we plan to host monthly resident functions as well. We hope to see you there.

submitted by Guy J. - |Recommended: NoProperty needs better care — The price for the place is good. It gives you a chance to save up money. However, the property itself could use some fixing up. The landscape needs some fertilization. Maintenaince is half done if anything is broken. A crack in the ceiling will be painted over. Caulking in the bathtub isn't refreshed but covered up until it looks bulky and starts peeling. Last there is always something wrong with the AC Unit. We are told It is summer it will naturally get hot. but new AC Units are clearly needed. If it is the summer that's making the living room so hot, why don't we all have that issue I can walk into another apartment mid day and its freezing cold. All they do is clean the AC out and tell you to change the filter every month, which, without fail, is what we do. Still hot morning noon and night...and we have a very large tree to provide shade. We finally gave up asking for it to be fixed so we have three fans. Parking sucks. There isn't organization with parking at all. Not everyone is courteous the older couple or the single mom or the disable neighbor. Assigned parking is needed and guest parking as well. I have not had a noise complaint, however, I have had a smoke complaint. Our neighbors behind us smoke cigarettes and it seeps through the walls so bad that when people come over thy ask us if we smoke. Even the clothes in our closet smell like cigarettes. We made a complaint and we were told to by a special filter and purified fan. By law we can break out lease because of this. On the bright side staff have always been pleasant. No complaints there.

I'm going to address your concerns personally and come to a resolution. Please contact me if things are not completed to your satisfaction. We are now under new management and have many upgrades to the community in the works presently. Everything from landscaping, pool area and playground remodeling and upgrading, lighting and even the installation of ceiling fans in the living rooms are being addressed at this time. Parking is also something that we are addressing and hope to have a working plan in the very near future. You, Destiny, and now Eden have been wonderful residents here for years, and I want nothing more than to have you call us home for many more to come. Please don't give up on us. Give us, under the leadership of our new management company; the opportunity to turn things around. As always, we are here for you. Always helpful, fast to assist. I've been treated with respect and the property just keeps on getting better and better. I love the fact it was recently bought and it's under new management, especially because they kept Francine and Bobby Thank you Azure for giving me and my children a beautiful home for the last 4 years

submitted by Crystal Y. - |Recommended: YesIt just feels like home. — It's quiet, the neighbors speak, there is a park across the street from the complex as well as a school. The quaint feel of the property, and when it rains, the sound it makes on the roof. It just feels like home.
